** Beginner’s Running Course - Tuesday 6.30pm

The next RunVerity Beginner’s Running Course starts on Tuesday 16th April at 6.30pm.

**Longer Run Running Group - 7pm

Wednesday night longer runs offer you an unique opportunity to increase your midweek distance gradually and safely. Starting at HSBC, run at your own pace, there is no pressure on speed, the group will loop and if you feel like pushing yourself in the middle miles you can join in the looping, if you don't, that's fine. It will be the same route each week so you can measure your progress but by gradually increasing the distance you cover in the time you will adapt and become a more efficient runner. This is a 12 week block with Hampton Court Half, London Landmarks Half and Eastleigh 10km races as goal events. Of course anyone is welcome.
