12 Week Speed Training Plan


This is a 12 week Speed training programme that will benefit you as a runner as they are designed to make you a stronger and hopefully help you to run faster.  The workouts will help sharpen you for races and enable you to feel "uncomfortable" in a safe environment; they have not been designed so that you dread coming to a Thursday night, but hopefully you will enjoy the feeling of just pushing yourself slightly out of your comfort zone so that you achieve what you never thought was possible.  This maybe holding your pace for longer or give you a sprint finish at the end of a race, whatever your reason for doing a speed session I promise you that I will not shout at you, push you beyond your limit or make you work so hard that you throw up at the end!
