Terms & Conditions
RunVerity’s terms and conditions are standard and are based upon 'common sense' and 'normal expectations' from a running coach and running community.
All members must complete the online application form and health questionnaire upon joining RunVerity.
RunVerity’s aim is to provide an opportunity to enjoy a 1 hour run in a safe and supporting environment. The hour sessions are group coached and consist of a warm up, running drills, a planned 3 mile run around Whiteley then cool down stretching. Participants have an opportunity to increase their mileage by adopting a looping back system where the front runners run back to the back runner in a loop which ensures that the group stay together and the group can run as a mixed ability group without leaving anyone behind. By being a member or RunVerity you agree to the looping back system and will fully involve yourself in this.
RunVerity has the right to ask members to leave the group if they are disruptive and/or put other members’ enjoyment at risk.
RunVerity’s payment policy is payment in advance to get a discounted rate via a monthly standing order. This must be set up before you attend any sessions. You can attend any of the 8 sessions in one week however they cannot be transferred to any other week or month. Pay as you go is £6.50
Access to Membership Areas
If you are a PAY AS YOU GO member who have access to the closed Facebook Community Group only, if you have not attended a session in 4 consecutive weeks you will be removed from the Facebook Community Group. To be re-instated you need to pay and attend a group session.
If you have set up the monthly standing order membership of either Bronze, Silver or Gold you have access to the private membership area on the website and the password will be emailed to you upon receipt of your online application form. The password will be changed periodically so please check your emails regulary. You are not permitted to share this password as this is for subscription members only.
