Who is the Strong, Steady & Safe Running Course for?

The Strong, Safe & Steady Running Course is designed for runners who are returning after a break, rebuilding confidence, or looking to feel more consistent and in control.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn to tune into your body, build sustainable fitness, and rediscover the joy of running; without pressure or perfection.

It’s not about how fast you go — it’s about finding your rhythm again, moving safely, and trusting your body to do what it can.

What You’ll Learn

Each week combines in-person coaching with online resources that focus on both the physical and mental side of running.

Rebuild confidence and consistency – reconnect with your running and learn to trust your fitness again
Run safely and efficiently – improve form, pacing, and awareness to help prevent injury
Develop mindset tools – learn practical strategies for motivation, self-belief, and managing energy
Balance training with real life – adapt plans around your schedule, not the other way round

Weekly running plans tailored to your current fitness
