Strong, Safe & Steady, is all about building confidence, consistency, and the mindset you need for real-life running — not just ticking off a training plan.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Fit running into your week in a way that works for you

  • Listen to your body and adjust without guilt

  • Keep going even when life gets messy or motivation dips

  • Weekly mindset tools, confidence drills & journal prompts

  • The option to join an in-person session on Tuesdays at 6.30pm

  • Or check in with me on a weekly 30-min Zoom

  • Miss a week? No problem — catch up when you’re ready
