I train with my Personal Trainer when I can and I go to Yoga and Pilates each week. The benefit of cross training are numerous, injury prevention, retaining flexibility, giving your body recovery time and just shaking things up a bit.

Here are 3 videos that show me working out with Nikita Wilson who has been my personal trainer for a number of years. She knows my areas of weakness and keeps me on my toes, oh and we also have great fun as well.
