Sometimes cross-training gets overlooked as fitting in another training session each week can be difficult when you have a full time job and a family. I train with my Personal Trainer once a fortnight so that I don’t overtrain and I fit in a spin and Pilates class if I can. The benefit of cross training are numerous, injury prevention, retaining flexibility, giving your body recovery time and just shaking things up a bit.
Here are 3 videos that show me working out with Nikita Wilson who has been my personal trainer for a number of years. She knows my areas of weakness and she keeps me on my toes. We also have great fun as well
