Just because it's the school holidays doesn't mean that you can't train with RV. The sessions during the summer on a Friday morning at 9.30am are planned so that your children can either play in the park at Meadowside or even join in. I plan the session so that we do some interval training followed by strength work using our own body weight. The sesion on Friday was 200m sprints followed by one strength exercise followed by a 200m sprint. It was a brilliant session and everyone really enjoyed themselves.
