Have you recently lost your confidence in running? Have you completed the RV Beginner's course in the past but haven't managed to get to any of the running groups because life just got in the way? Are you coming back from injury and have been told to run/walk for a short period of time until you regain your strength?

The RV Inbetweeners session has been design for runners who have either graduated from the RV beginner's course or runners who are a little bit unsure about their running ability and would like to build up their confidence and staminia and are ready to take the next step.  The sessions will help you get into good habits of making running part of your weekly routine, you will learn simple but effective tools that will help you run more efficiently and confidently all in the supportive and safe running community of RunVerity.  

This is another safe and supportive stepping stone that can help you build confidence in your running ability and see for yourself that actually you are good enough, because at RunVerity we believe that you are good enough.

What to expect?
The sessions will focus on a dynamic warm up, running drills to ensure you are running effeciently and then a 45 minute run with a group of like minded people.  You can walk whenever you want to, the runs go at your pace and your ability and you will never be left behind. You will be given the opportunity to gradually progress at your own pace so that you feel more able to re-join/join the RV running sessions whenever you want to.



Every Tuesday at 7.45pm for one hour.
