Taking up a new activity, especially running, can seem like a scary prospect especially if you feel out of shape or unfit.  You may feel like everyone else is fitter than you and you really don't want to look stupid or show yourself up.  If you are unsure of how to get started and are unsure of what to expect then please don't worry as I have over 10 years experience of coaching new runners and I would never ever put you in a situation where I thought you would fail or make a fool of yourself.  I believe anyone can run with the right guidance, coaching and support. My beginner's running programme is designed for complete beginners, no experience is required, anyone can give it a go.

At RunVerity you can be a runner in the body that you have right now. You do not have to wait until you have lost weight or got a little bit fitter.

What makes us stand out from other running groups is the support that we offer all of our runners, we wait until we have all run our race and we cheer each other in.  Yes there are other running groups but we are special because of this group support.

Extremely supportive environment from day one, you are never made to feel like you aren’t good enough no matter how fast/slow you run. Always part of the team and lots of support available. Training plans to help ensure you’re ready for any races and lots of encouragement to push yourself to improve and meet your goals. Great coaching and training with an extremely approachable and knowledgable coach!
